For those wishing to rent or sell a property we are a promotional organisation which can give a personal service, we are large enough to give the level of service required and small enough to care. We specialise in the low cost advertising of properties on the Costa del Sol & Costa Blanca through our series of websites. These can provide a good vehicle for seller and renter in either Coast. You only pay a small one off payment of £30 or 35 euro for a full years advertising. Your ad copy will appear in one of the ad panels indicated throughout this website ( although not guaranteed ADS will be located on a first come best position basis). We reserve the right to move the position of ADS to suit website requirements. ADS will normally be placed in relation to the copy for the resort in which the apartment or villa is located. |

A discount will be given for the same AD placed at the same time on more than one website (or in more than one position on the same site) on the basis of a total cost of £55 for two websites, £80 for three websites and £100 for four websites. That is only £25 per website per year The low rate as above is for a text AD as shown below, including an eMail link. You can replace the eMail link for a link to your website for an additional £10 per AD per year. Special size or photo feature ADS can be provided at additional cost (Javea Casa below is an example) |
